company registered in Malaysia and located at No.9, 2, Jln Zabedah, Kampung Pegawai,
83000 Batu Pahat, Johor. Wood and Friends is a dynamic startup company owned by five
experienced individuals with years of expertise in the furniture business.

To increase brand awareness and attract customers, Wood and Friends plans to
implement an integrated marketing campaign, develop a user-friendly website, provide
personalized customer experiences and excellent service, collaborate with influencers and
interior designers, and educate customers about sustainability practices. With a population of
495,338 in 2020, the company targets a significant potential customer base within Batu Pahat,
Johor. Over three years, Wood and Friends aims to achieve a market share of approximately
20% in the first year, 24% in the second year, and 28% in the third year, driving
business growth.

The purpose of the Business Plan for Wood and Friends is to apply for a bank loan of
RM 500,000 from Malayan Banking Berhad. This loan will serve as capital for further
development and sustainability of our furniture manufacturing business. Each shareholder
will contribute equally, RM 100,000, to support the startup and growth of the company.
