Ti naisangsangayan a bisita ita nga aldaw, Mr. JOHN ALLEN VILLANUEVA AGOSTO,
ingunguten mi nga ama ti amin nga pagadalan ditoy Division of Ilocos Sur, Schools Division
Superintendent Jorge M. Reinante, iti nalaing nga ama ti ili tayo, Hon. Josefino Miranda,
Ipatpateg mi a nagannak, pagraeman mi a mangisursuro iti Santiago National High School
nga idadaulwan iti naalibtak ken nasaririt nga ina daytoy nga pagadalan, Dr. Natividad B.
Reyes, kasta met iti Head teacher tayo Mr. Joseph Dulatre, ma’ams/sirs , dagiti
agkakagwapo ken agkakapintas nga estudyante, gagayyem ken kakabsat, kangrunaan
dagiti padak nga agturpos iti Junior HS ita nga aldaw, yawat ko ti naragsak ken nagasat a
bigat tayo amin!

It is an honor to speak in front of you on this special occasion. Aristotle once said and
I quote “The roots of education are bitter, but the fruit is sweet”. Indeed, we have
done so far. We are graduating now.

Today, our many hours of hard work have finally paid off. Our success would not
have been possible without the help, support, and untiring guidance of our dear parents and
teachers. To them, I say: Our success is your success, for you have been there for us with
encouragement and care, you have had faith when we doubted ourselves. You have
installed to us the so-called “self- confidence” needed to reach for our dreams. You, our
dear parents, served as our energizer and shield in our day to day struggle in going in and
out of the school. So we, the batch of 2020 a COVID-19 free class, thank to every single
one of you.

As Junior High School completers, we face many uncertainties in both the immediate
and distant future. However, uncertainty is another word for opportunity.

Batch mates, today is a turning point of our lives. We have spent the past 4-years
wandering the halls of this school- the Santiago National High School, and we are ready to
go on.

We learned how to laugh, love and most of all be matured together. But today doesn’t
just reminiscing the past, it’s also about looking forward into our next level- the Senior High
School, the next chapter of our high school life. A beginning of new challenges us we
continue to follow our dreams for a better tomorrow.
 Batch mates, ammok nga iti kaunggan ti puso tayo ket haan tayo a pada- pada nga

wenno agbalin a maestra ken maestro, pulis, inhenyero… ken daddumapay a nasyaat a
kayat tayo a pagbalinan. Batchmates, ammoyo kadi ti formula ti SUCCESS? Daytoy ket jak
malipatan nga nasursurok iti Math ken Science subject: “ Perseverance and strong
determination is equal to success !” In other words- ti panagpursige ken natibker a
determinasyon dagitoy ti armas tayo iti panagballaygi tayo ti biag.

Lastly, I want to thank my Alma Mater, our school heads, all teachers and faculties, all
parents alike, especially to papa and mama, for your unwavering support and tireless
guidance for preparing us to tackle any challenges ahead of us. Above all, ni Papa Jesus
