Each one of us has energetic qualities and characteristics we naturally possess as
well as strive to embody. In this exercise, you’ll be able to identify your own best
qualities and those you wish to align with. Use the trait list below as a starting point -

How to use this Exercise
Writing your own obituary might sound like a morbid task, but it’s a really effective
way of putting things into perspective. The questions below will help you discover
what’s really important to you and what you should prioritize right now. Your soul is
calling to you every day. This exercise can help you to connect more deeply with
your life purpose.
