capacity up to 180 m3/h.
2 Mechanical horizontal pre-filters, each with two interchangeable basket type screens,
split size 8 and 10 mm. Mechanical screens are to be cleaned manually. Design
hydraulic capacity up to 150 m3/h.
1 Screw pump, electrically driven.
1 Degassing tank for filtering gasses.
1 Electrical control panel. Designed for “Higher Ambient Temperature” (55oC).

1.2 1 Suction Module

Complete containerised process module for suction of oil/cleaning media from the tank. The
skid is equipped with sides that can open-up when outside the container. The skid will fit into
20´(HC) container, comprises the following:
1 Self priming suction pump type Gorman Rupp mounted self priming centrifugal pump,
electrically driven. It is used to feed the recirculation module with hydraulic capacity up to
130 m3/h at 4.5 bar.
1 Positive displacement pump type Bellin PL-3500, hydraulically driven. This pump is used
to pump out from the tank to be cleaned with hydraulic capacity up to 180 m3/h at 8 bar.
1 Spiral plate heat exchanger. Free flow type, in AISI 316L. Heat transfer area = 30 m2.
1 Hydraulic unit for operating the Bellin pump and for operating the cold-tap machine.
 3 Electrical control panels. Designed for “Higher Ambient Temperature” (55oC).
1 Pressure switch for low pressure on the suction.
1 Electrical cable (50 meters) for connection to power source.
1 Communication cable to the Officer container.
1 Oxygen measuring device for safe monitoring of oxygen level during cleaning under “low
flash point” conditions. Wireless system.
1 Lower Explosion Level (LEL) measuring device for monitoring of LEL concentration
during cleaning under “high flash point” conditions. Wireless system.
1 Lower Explosion Level (LEL) measuring device for monitoring of %-LEL concentration
inside module (personnel safety).

1.3 1 Re-circulation Module

Complete, containerised process system for pressure boosting of cleaning media to be
returned back to tank. The skid is equipped with sides that can open-up when outside the
container. The skid will fit into 20´(HC) container, comprises the following:
2 Centrifugal booster pumps electrically driven, with a design hydraulic capacity up to 150
m3/h at 5.8 bar.
2 Electrical control panels. Designed for “Higher Ambient Temperature” (50oC).
1 Skimming tank with internal coalescing system, for collection and skimming of oil and
separation during water washing procedures.
1 Lower Explosion Level (LEL) measuring device for monitoring of %-LEL concentration
inside module (personnel safety)
1 H2S measuring device for monitoring of ppm H2S inside module (personnel safety)

1.4 1 Suction Module – 2

Mounted in separate loose skid for easy interconnection at other duties within the process.
1 Positive displacement crew pump type AxFlow , electrically driven. The pump is
controlled by a frequency coverter to optimise the process and minimize the energy
consumption.
This pump is used to final pump out from the tank to be cleaned with hydraulic capacity
up to 70 m3/h at 8 bar.

1.5 15 Single nozzle sweepers, type Scanjet SC90A and type ORECO SNS 200
Pneumatic and hydraulic operated.
For mounting through tank roof and comprising all required piping, valves, instrumentation
and controls.
Each SNS Nozzle with a hydraulic capacity up to 130 M3/hr at a pressure of 16 bar
The SNS is designed for safe and sound operation in hazardous areas (EEx/Zone 1
according to the ATEX directive 94/9/EC). Two (2) SNS can be operated in parallel.

1.6 1 Auxiliary transport container

One auxiliary ISO, 20’ (HC) container for storage and transport of auxiliary equipment. The
container is equipped with internal light and metallic floor. Opening in one end and with lock.
Furthermore is included the following:
▪ Stackable steel boxes for storage equipments, and hoses.
▪ Shelves for storage of Victaulic Couplings.
▪ 15 trolleys for SNSs transport.
▪ 1 air distributors to connect to the pneumatics valves of the SNSs and to the PLC
▪ 1 trolley for safe-tap machine
