B. STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

This paper aims to continue the vital pursuit of rectifying the prominent challenges faced by San
Jose del Monte, Bulacan. Challenges stemming from the absence of an Integrated Orthopedic Hospital and
Livelihood Resource Center. Within this dynamic, the community is grappling with the dire consequences of
inadequate healthcare provisions tailored to orthopedic conditions, leading to compromised well-being and
subpar quality of life for residents dealing with musculoskeletal ailments. This prevailing healthcare deficit is
further compounded by the dearth of a comprehensive livelihood resource center, perpetuating a cycle of
limited economic opportunities and hindering the holistic growth of the local population. Addressing these

C. PROJECT OBJECTIVES AND GOALS
