Software Engineering & Technology University Program (S.E.T.U.P)
S.E.T.U.P (Software Engineering & Technology University Program) is an 18-month entry-level technology
program that is designed to develop and retain high-potential talent.
The goal of this program is to build a team of technology professionals who are prepared and positioned
to contribute to BNY Mellon's technology strategy and initiatives. This program is an immense
development and learning opportunity for students with a passion for Technology.

S.E.T.U.P (Software Engineering & Technology University Program)
Program Locations:
India: Pune and Chennai
(Location will allocated as per the Business need and the open positions)

Primary Responsibilities:
• Work in an agile environment to design and develop software and automate solutions
throughout the Software Development life cycle.
• Software development focusing on design, coding, and testing.
• Analyse requirements and create specifications and design documents.
• Research on different technologies & methodologies to recommend the optimal solutions to
the problem.
• Building robust, reliable, and scalable solutions in a cross-functional team environment
Program
Eligibility/Qualifications:
• Final year engineering student from an accredited university/college pursuing bachelor's
degree or a dual degree with extensive computer-based or technical knowledge.
• Minimum cumulative CGPA of 7.5 or above on a scale of 10
• No active/current backlogs
• Must be ready to relocate either to Pune or Chennai
Preferred skills:
• A great attitude and desire for learning.
• Excellent problem solving, written and oral communication skills.
• Disciplined self-starter, capable of working independently or in close collaboration.
• Smart and driven individual who is passionate about learning new technologies.
• 0-2 years of experience in software development preferred. Previous technology internship is a
plus.
