Line 12 pcs puto molds with paper liner Ingredients

Puto: 2 cups cake flour


1 ½ cups cake flour 2 tbsp baking powder
1 tablespoon baking powder 1/4 tsp salt
½ cup white sugar 1/2 cup and 2 tbsp white sugar
1 cup fresh milk 1 3/4 cup water
1 whole egg 2 tbsp oil
1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 tsp vanilla
¼ teaspoon salt 1 tsp white vinegar
12 pcs cheese slices, for topping

Sift 3 times the batter.


Asado filling: Rest for 15 minutes before steaming.

▪ 350ml water or 1and 1/2 cup water sliced cheese ( quick melt cheese)
▪ Cheese for topping malunggay leaves
