Reason: The reason why the prisoner have extreme behavior, so the death penalty can’t stop their
emo on to do things that will caused death penalty.
Example: States that have death penalty laws do not have lower crime rates or murder rates than states
without such laws
Reason: The death penalty can also caused increase in the crime rate.
Example: If a family member of a family had been sentence by death penalty, the other family member
might lost their hope and give up at posi ve behavior. For example: if the family doesn't have enough
money, they might start stealing or even rubbing.
