INTRODUCTION
This document aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the training
workshop conducted on (23 August 2023) with the goal of enhancing participants
knowledge and skills in various aspects of Information and Communication
Technology (ICT). Throughout the workshop, attendees engaged in hands-on
activities, discussions, and presentations, gaining valuable insights into the latest
trends, tools, and best practices in the ever-evolving ICT landscape.

WORKSHOP 1

The morning session was undertaken by our ICT trainor, Mr. Sarat TV.The Session was
really worth it.

• Projector connection:

• Plug in power and turn on projector.

• Connect video source (like laptop) using appropriate cable.

• Use projector remote to select input source.

• Adjust focus and keystone if needed.

• Creation of a blog

• Choose a blogging platform (e.g, Blogger).

• Sign up and select a domain name.

• Pick a theme/template for your blog.

• Create and publish your first blog post.

• Share blog with others online.

• YouTube channel
• Sign in/create Google account.

• Click on YouTube, then "Create a channel."

• Customize channel name and art.

• Upload videos using "Upload" button.

• Add titles, descriptions, and tags to videos.

• Canva

• Go to Canva website/app.

• Sign up or log in.

• Choose a design type (e.g., poster, social media post).

• Pick a template or start from scratch.

• Customize with text, images, and colors.

• Download or share design.

• Scribd is a digital library and reading subscription service that offers a wide
range of books, audiobooks, magazines, and documents.

D-ID is a company specializing in privacy protection technology, often
related to image and video manipulation.

WORKSHOP 2

Afternoon session was lead by Talrop and facilitated by Mr. Shameerkhan, CEO of
Talrop. The program took place at Talrop techis park in Jamia Nadwiyya Edavanna.

Firstly he covered the function of Timeline in the Google Map.

We can examine our previous locations and itineraries using the time line function,
which is a tool for tracking our movements. This feature might be helpful for keeping
track of our trip history because it can show us where have been and how we got there.
calculating our trip times and recalling locations we have been.

Then he presented ChatGPT, a language mode created by open Al, and gave us an
overview of how it functions and is used.

Then, in the middle of the artwork, creative ways of fusing technology with artistic
expression. Users from a variety of industries are using Midjourney art to create
innovative images and communicating with Al through a bot on the Discord chat
network.

Thee Wise Cut app streamlines video editing and enhance content creation.Then we
discussed Elon musk and his Spacex. It helped us insights into the technological
achievements and advancements of Elon musk's space exploration company.

AI slide maker was the last topic handled. The session on Al slide maker demonstrated
how artificial intelligence can streamline the process of creating visually appealing and
effective presentation.

Virtual reality (vr) is a technology that users computer generated environments to


stimulate a realistic sensory experience. It typically involve a wearing a headset that

displays 3D visuals and sometimes incorporates sound, touch, and even motion to
immerse users in a world that can feel like a real environment.Some of us got a chance
to experience the virtual world, it was really amazing.

CONCLUSION
ICT training program centered around basic education apps and virtual reality has
proven to be a transformative learning experience. Participants were equipped
with essential digital skills, enabling them to effectively integrate educational
apps into teaching methodologies. The introduction of virtual reality brought a
new dimension to learning, enhancing engagement and comprehension. As a
result, educators are now better prepared to create dynamic and immersive
learning environments, fostering the next generation's education in an
increasingly digital world.
