A. What is happiness?

1. For me happiness isn’t about getting what you want all the time it’s about loving what you have and
being greatful for it. Happiness there is no single meaning; happiness is relative to the person
experience it.
2. Happiness is being contented of what you have. Happiness is being the creator of your experience,
choosing to take pleasure in what you have, right now, regardless of the circumstances, while being the
best you that you can be.
3. Happiness or flourishing or living well is a complete and sufficient good. This implies that it is desired
for itself, that it is not desired for the sake of anything else, that it satisfies all desire and has no evil
mixed in with it, and that it is stable.

B. What is/are your goals in life?

1. The goal of the Ethics is to determine how best to achieve happiness. This study is
necessarily imprecise, since so much depends on particular circumstances.
Happiness depends on living in accordance with appropriate virtues. Virtue is a
disposition rather than an activity.
2. My goal in life are travel, practice mindfulness daily, growing social circle, live
debt free, Enjoy life to the fully. Find life purpose, goal in life should be to live
without fear. Take the world as it comes and be prepared to deal with any
eventuality, become an inspiration to others.
3. My goals in life are ultimately to achieve success in life. My goals are to also have
happiness, prosperity in every area in my life, and the freedom and peace within to
be able to carry out my goals.

C. How can you achieve your goals?

1. To achieve my goals in life is to have smart goals to have a specific goals,


measureable, attainable, relevant and time bound.
2. To achieve goals in life to have a wise decision to make in every step of it.

D. Who are the people you need to achieve your goals? Why?
1. The people who I need to achieve my goals are my family, friends, special someone
and my parents in heaven and especially god because they are my inspiration for
every step of my goals in life.
2. They are the one who understands me even the difficult time in life. The one I need
in my life, First and foremost, the people I live with will have a massive influence
on my ability to follow through with your plans and goals. They are the people who
believe me to achieve my goal in life.

Conclusion:
In his Nicomachean Ethics, Aristotle contemplates at human virtues and their correlation with
happiness. He believes that being ethical provides an opportunity to be happy; at the same time a true
virtue lies between two extremes.
