I finished my residency in pediatrics in 2013.

Then to improve
my skills I joined the further education course. After completion
I joined a well reputed institute in New Delhi as consultant
pediatrics. While working as consultant pediatrics I had
exposure to mange all type of pediatric case. I worked leaps
and bounds to improve my skills. I attended 2-3 times per
weekly OPD to attend the daily routine pediatrics issues. I
shined my skill of pediatric immunization. I was exposed to
teaching practice. I used to teach interns, juniors, trainees in
both pediatrics and paramedics. I was on call consultant to
guide the specialist about daily routine emergencies like
Severe dehydration, Acute liver failure, Congestive cardiac
failure, Status asthmatics, Status epilepticus, Pediatric shock,
Poisonings, Upper GI bleeding, Haematological emergencies,
Metabolic encephalopathies, Coma, Drowning, Electrolyte
Disturbances. Thus, I am quite confident in manging these
cases.
I was manging the whole department as team leader. I
manged duty shifts of whole staff. I achieved a good
experience in research methodology during this Job. I helped
many research projects which were ongoing in this hospital. I
arranged and attended many CME’s.I presented many cases in
mortality meeting, teaching classes, grand rounds etc.
