NARRATIVE REPORT

On the 16th day of February 2023, the Future Restaurateur and Hotelier Club was assigned to assist all CHM
students during the 2nd semester enrollment A.Y 2022 - 2023. This was to make sure that the enrollment of all
Hospitality Management students would go smoothly and all concerns could address properly.

On the same day, the enrollment for the 1st and 2nd year students started. The FRHC officers was informed to
help the CHM faculty in enrolling each students since the enrollment is done face - to - face. Every students
should go first for assessment wherein Prof. Roanne Angelica Z. Tadeo, Prof. Je - Ann De Vera and Prof.
Christian Lansang assessed each students and helped them to comply their failed subjects before they proceed to
the enrollment proper which Dr. Rricky Tim S. Sison, the Department Chairperson of Hospitality Management,
officially enrolled the students in their portal. The FRHC officers assisted the students in lining them for smooth
transaction, printed the needed documents and papers such as the assessment paper and the schedules of each
block sections and helped them to activate their university portal.

During the enrollment, there were instances that the portal was not working, and this resulted for both faculty
and students to be patient enough until the portal recovered.

On the 17th day of February 2023, the enrollment for 3rd year, 4th year and irregular students started. It wasn't
easy for the officers to assist the students because CTHM in general have a lot of students including the shifters.

Two days of enrollment wasn't enough to enroll all the Hospitality Management students including the fact that
the portal wasn't working because of lots of students enrolling in their portal. The enrollment schedule was
extended up to February 23, 2023 to accommodate and enroll all the students and help them find their blocks
and their schedule.

During the days of extension of enrollment, there were still times that the portal is lagging but the FRHC
officers were really motivated to help their fellow students as they were also excited to start the 2 nd semester of
Academic Year 2022 – 2023 with them.
