1. Introduction of Jiangsu Vocational College of Business
Jiangsu Vocational College of Business is located in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, China,
founded in 1956, under the Jiangsu Supply and Marketing General Cooperative.
Now there are 10 faculties including School of Digital Business and Intelligent Logistics, School of
Accounting and Finance, School of Humanities and Tourism, School of Electronics and
Information, School of Construction Engineering and Management, School of Expo Art and Media,
Department of Liberal Studies Education, School of Marxism, Department of Military and Sports,
and School of Continuing Education, etc. It offers more than 40 higher vocational majors, basically
covering the supply and marketing cooperative system and the modern service industry in the
region. There are 7 training centers for accounting and finance, trade, logistics, Internet of things
and software, construction engineering, electronics, art and creativity, etc., with 130 training rooms
and teaching equipment worth about 96 million RMB; there are 560 teaching staff and more than
13,000 full-time students. In recent years, the employment rate of graduates has been maintained at
over 98%, and more than 70,000 qualified graduates have been delivered to the society since the
establishment of the school.

2. Introduction of PT. SHANDONG LICUN POWER PLANT TECHNOLOGY
PT. SHANDONG LICUN POWER PLANT TECHNOLOGY is a registered subsidiary of
Shandong LINENG Electric Technology Co., Ltd China. It is mainly engaged in Power Plant
Engineering consulting, Power Plant construction, Power Plant equipment commissioning, Power
Plant Technical Training, Power Plant Operation and Maintenance, Power Transmission and
Substation Engineering, Power Plant equipment (accessories) sales, import and export and other
specialized services, following the international rules of power plant business development and
customer target needs. The company has rich experience and strong technical strength in power
station operation, commissioning, maintenance and power station personnel training, etc. Since
2003, the company has trained more than 5,000 professional personnel for domestic and foreign
power stations, and operated and maintained many power station projects of various capacity levels,
involving Cambodia, Indonesia, India, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Kyrgyzstan, Ethiopia and
other countries.
PT. SHANDONG LICUN POWER PLANT TECHNOLOGY has been cultivating the Indonesian
power market for 15 years and has accumulated rich experience in Power Engineering Services, and
has built a complete Power Plant Operation and Maintenance service industry chain in Indonesia,
involving Power Plant Operation and Maintenance, Commissioning, Overhaul, Power Plant spare
parts procurement, Power Plant personnel training and other fields. The company is now operating
eight power station projects in Indonesia, with more than 300 employees in China and 200
employees in Indonesia. The company has accumulated rich experience and resources in power
station personnel training. According to the company's development needs, we are now recruiting
excellent high school graduates from Indonesia to Jiangsu Vocational College of Business in China
for orientation training. After training, they will be given priority to work in the company's
high-quality projects, and those with excellent performance will join the company.
III. Admission Requirements
1. Applicants should be healthy and well-behaved, and have a non-China citizenship and an
educational background equivalent to that of the Chinese high school diploma.
2. Applicants should have good academic records and provide the following documents (including
but not limited to):
2.1 High school transcripts (original /notarized copy in English or Chinese).
2.2 Diploma of high school education or certificate of expected graduation (in Chinese or English).
2.3 Applicants who have any learning experiences in any universities or colleges in China should
provide a certificate of enrollment.
3. Applicants should be 18 years old (including above) and not more than 25 years old by the time
of admission.
4. English Language Requirements
Non-native English speakers, who apply for English-taught programs, should provide a score report
of English Proficiency test (TOEFL 80+/ IELTS 5.5+). For applicants who cannot offer the
above-mentioned standardized English test results, they will be required to participate in an
additional oral or written English test organized by JSBC.
5. Proof of financial capacity
A certificate of guarantee issued by the financial guarantor (will be provided by PT. Shandong
Licun Power Plant Technology).
6. A certificate of no criminal record from the police station in your country or region.
7. A health certificate issued by a medical institution recognized by the national immigration
department. (Download and have the FOREIGNER PHYSICAL EXAMINATION FORM, filled
out by a medical institution，see attachment 1).

9. Passport and copy of passport, valid for at least 12 months.
10. PT. SHANDONG LICUN POWER PLANT TECHNOLOGY will assist the admitted students
with the above-mentioned application materials.

IV. Fees
After the accepted students receive the offer, they should check in at the school on time
according to the requirements of the offer. The tuition fee is borne by PT. SHANDOGN LICUN
POWER PLANT TECHNOLOGY and the accommodation fee is waived, while the rest of the fees
are paid by themselves.

V. Duration of study and teaching arrangement

1. Duration of study: three years
The first year, the second year and the first semester of the third year will be spent in Jiangsu
Vocational College of Business in China, and the second semester of the third year will be spent in
China and in the project department of PT. SHANDONG LICUN POWER PLANT TECHNOLOGY
Indonesia for internship. You will be able to graduate after passing all the tests of the required
courses and HSK level 3.
2. Major and study arrangement
First semester of the first year: Chinese language course
The second semester of the first year to the first semester of the third year: professional courses;
power plant training
The second semester of the third year: internship in China and Indonesia

VI. Enrollment Schedule

6.1. Submission of all the application materials by July 15 2023, as detailed in item III.
6.2. Interview screening to be completed by July 25, 2023
6.3. Submission to the school for review and issuance of acceptance letter by the end of July 2023
in order to start visa processing.
6.4. Complete the visa application process and order airline tickets by the end of August 2023 (PT.
SHANDONG LICUN POWER PLANT TECHNOLOGY will assist with the process)
6.5. Attend school in China in September, 2023 (start date is subject to notification)
