Reference is made to the above captioned tender.

Bidders are advised to attach information (requirements of the tender) shown

hereunder which shall form part of the bidding document.

Please note that the closing date and all other details remain the same.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR TENDER

1.1) All bidders shall submit their company profiles highlighting the following
a) Certificate of Incorporation
b) Registration with Zambia Revenue Authority
c) Litigation status
d) Current registration with the National Council for Construction (NCC) Certificates
e) Proof of registration and compliance with National Pension Scheme Authority
f) Proof of registration and compliance with Workmen Compensation Fund.
g) Audited Financial Accounts for the past three years
h) Other Financial records such as evidence of working capital, Credit Lines, etc.
i) Experience showing works of similar nature executed in the past 5 years with
associated project values.
j) Key Technical Personnel to be used on the project including certified minimum
qualifications and detailed curriculum vitae
k) Relevant list of plant and equipment to be used on the project

The Bidder must demonstrate that it will have the personnel for the key
