What will you do?

1. Be part of the team member of Process improvement and training section under
manufacturing department to find way improve the process and training related project.
2. Support Lean Manufacturing deployment including 5s, audits and dashboard reporting.
3. Assist with coordination of projects to ensure project plans are developed and executed.
4. Support advance manufacturing project- Automation, Power BI and digitalization process
in the manufacturing department.
5. Experiences in hands-on on manufacturing related process, involve in the Project transfer
or NPI project.
6. Support implementation of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) in instruments
manufacturing.
7. Gaining different products manufacturing knowledge
8. Drafting work instructions of assembly & testing with using MES.
9. Assisting in Gemba Work with cross-function to find a way to improve the current
manufacturing process.
10. Involve in Practical Process improvement (PPI) project.

 School of Engineering Discipline

II. Experience
 Having experience using data visualization may be beneficial

 Ability to learn, be mentored, and improve
 Desire to teach other specialists about technology in area of expertise

 Understand manufacturing process of life science products
 Understand ISO9001 & ISO13485 requirements
 Understand how to establish work instructions & testing procedures.
 Understand how to running a project.
 Understand how MES works.
