    She was born on December 20, 1964 in the District of Samukh. In 1982-1987 she
    studied at Azerbaijan Pedagogical Institute of Foreing Languages on behalf of the
    50th anniversary of the USSR and graduated from this Institute as an English and
    German teacher. She worked as an English teacher at school №1 in Samukh. Since
    1992 she has been working at the Department of languages at Azerbaijan State
    Agrarian University.
