1. ASL B Series 2023 Spring System and Structure

a. Participants ASL B Series 2023 Spring consists of 8 Teams

i. 4 Teams from ASL 2022 Winter
ii. 4 Teams from Clash of Valor 2023 Spring
b. ASL B Series 2023 Spring will be held online with a video call between the
participating teams and the Garena team
c. Tournament mode is 5v5 on Spectator Custom Game - Draft Ban Pick Mode
d. The tournament format uses Single Round Robin, Best of Three (BO2).
Global Ban Pick. Where each team will play 7 times against each other
between one team and another team
e. Point Calculation
i. Win : 3 points
ii. Lose : 0 point
iii. Draw : 1 point
f. Top 4 of the ASL B Series 2023 Spring will qualify for the 2023 ASL Regular
Season Spring
g. If any team points exist equally, the team's position in the league standings will be
determined by the following rules :
• The difference between a win and a loss game, not a match.
• Number of matches they win (Counted between teams that have the same
points only, not all of their matches from all leagues)
• The number of games they win (Counted between teams that have the
same points only, not all of their matches are from the entire league).
• Additional matches Best of 1
• If there are 3 teams tied, there will be additional matches of the Best of 1
format on additional match days

2. ASL B Series 2023 Spring Fixtures

 Day 1 : January 18, 2023, at 16.00 WIB
 Day 2 : January 19, 2023, at 16.00 WIB
 Day 3: January 20, 2023, at 16.00 WIB
 Day 4 : January 25, 2023, at 16.00 WIB
 Day 5: January 26, 2023, at 16.00 WIB
 Day 6 : January 27, 2023, at 16.00 WIB
 Day 7 : January 28, 2023, at 16.00 WIB
3. General Rules
a. Players must make a video call via discord provided by the AOV admin.
i. Video Call using a webcam or mobile camera that is different from the
mobile phone used to play
ii. Mobile phones must be prepared before the players are ready in the lobby.
iii. If 1 team plays in 1 place, only 1 video call is enough. But if 1 team
plays in different places, each player must use a video call.
b. Each player must show the necessary respect for admins and other
participants. Insults and unfair or disrespectful behavior towards anyone are
not tolerated and will be punished. Disrespectful behavior that occurs during
the game will result in the following:
i. The First Warning will be a reprimand by the team captain.
ii. Second Warning will lead to loss of pick side.
iii. The Third Warning will lead to a deduction of 1 point.
iv. In a fatal situation the referee may disqualify from the tournament.
f. Each participant should always install a given tournament server and should
check all settings before each match.

g. Every team and player must try to win every game. Deliberately losing for any
reason prohibited will be subject to the most severe penalty of disqualification
from the tournament.
h. The team also agrees to allow the organizer to use the logo or photo for
promotional purposes and live streaming on the official AOV Garena
Indonesia channel
i. Impersonating a player or jockey, match-fixing, cheating and any actions that
jeopardize the integrity of the match will result in the cancellation of all points
earned and immediate disqualification of the tournament.
j. Nick ingame players must not be offensive and each player must use the Team
Tag in the ingame nick prefix.
k. Only registered players are allowed to participate in the competition.
4. Team Rules
a. Player List
i. The minimum number of players is 6 Players, with two positions open
for reserve players (optional). The maximum roster is 8 People.
Overseas players are allowed a maximum of 2 people.
b. Lineup Changes
i. Requests to change, remove, or add members before the tournament
starts will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Garena team.
5. Rules in the Game
a. Pause
i. Each team is allowed to use the Pause feature in case of Accidental issues
during the match.
ii. Each team has a maximum pause duration of 15 minutes in 1 game, if
more than 15 minutes the problem cannot be cast, the game will continue.
iii. The team is not allowed to pause when a war occurs, if it is done, the team
will get a penalty in the game. 3 penalties in 1 game, then the game is
considered a loss
b. Match-fixing
i. The definition of Match-fixing is when two or more players have
reached an agreement, received any form of benefit, performed an
unauthorized match and tried to manipulate the outcome of the match.
ii. Players and/or teams found to be doing Match-fixing will be
disqualified.
c. Bugs & Hacks
i. If there is a bug, the game should be paused and the committee decides
how to proceed. It is strictly forbidden to abuse bugs. Any
team/member found to have exploited the bug will be disqualified
subject to penalties.
ii. It is strictly forbidden to use third-party software that gives the player
an unfair advantage during the game. Any team caught using this tool
will be disqualified
d. Complaint Submission
i. The team has 10 minutes after the game is over to send a message to
the admin about the dispute and protest the match. If the protest is not
filed with the admin within the specified time frame , it will not be
considered an official protest and all
 The result of the match will remain as it is. Match protests should be
include clear screenshots or videos. The team is responsible for providing
proof of the result of the match in the event of conflict.

e. Remake Rules
i. Remakes can only be restarted with prior admin consent . In a
restarted game, each participant must choose the same side, and the
hero as picked from the beginning of the match.
6. Technical Issues
Teams are responsible for their own technical issues, including hardware,
software, and/or internet issues. The match will not be rescheduled due to
technical issues and the match will still be played.

7. There is a Problem that causes the Player to be unable to return to the Match

i. If there is a difference of more than 15 points and the game has passed
7 minutes, then it can be determined who is the winner. The terms of
the calculation of points are as follows:

● Kill Abysal Dragon : 1 point

● Kill Dark Slayer : 2 Points

● Tower tier 3 : 1 Point

● Tower tier 2 : 2 Points

● Tower tier 1 : 3 Points

● Gold difference : 1 point per 1000 Gold

ii. If the difference in points is less than 15 and or the duration of the
game is below 7 minutes, then the game will be rematched

iii. Garena's decision if in game conditions has been clearly confirmed who
is the winner

● For example, Team A has a crash and if you count, team A's
points win, but when there is a crash, team A players are all
dead and team B can immediately make a comeback destroying
team A's base.

iv. Match analysis and points will be calculated after all players are on , if
any player dies it will be waited until all players are on.
