Advice to a Teenager

My advice to the teenager is to inquire about why they want to work for the next three

years in high school. Are they want to save money for college or other future goals? Do they

want to gain experience and develop new skills? This will help in making the decision that will

help the teenager after knowing the reason behind their thoughts. I will explain the effects of this

decision to the teenager. I will also warn the teenager that this decision is a hard one and it is

hard to combine both work and school. I will also encourage the teenager to find a reasonable

employer who will allow them to balance work and school.

I will also encourage teenagers to find work related to their interests. For example, they

could enroll in freelance writing if they are interested in education. It is also important to find

meaningful and engaging work that can provide valuable experience and help build a strong

work ethic.

It is also important to advise the teenager on proper time management. Therefore, I will

focus on advising them to have a balanced life between their work and school. I will also address

the teenager and explain to them that since school is demanding, they should also ensure that

they create time to work. Furthermore, I will focus on teaching teenagers about being

independent. I will also remind them that their choice is to balance their work and academic life.

Therefore, they should ensure they express good school and work results.
