This is the toy figure based on the main character of an manga that has just published few
months ago and the anime version has just released one month ago. This protagonist in
particular and the manga in general, gradually attracts more fans because of the popularity of
the popularity of the author and creative content of the manga and anime.

Girls aged around 18-25. Because the protagonist is female, the appearance and personalities
are inspired by real women that the author respects in his life so we believe that it will be a new
model for girls in recent years as the character is attracting more fangirls than any other female
protagonists who are too sexy and attractive. The product requires awareness of protecting,
knowledge and interests in Japanese manga publications from the consumers so that why that
age range is chosen. In addition, there are more number of girls buying toy fifures. In the near
future, the market will not be targeted only to boys.

LOCATION
The new product will be distributed to toy retail stores which already ordered the products in
bulk from the time the detailed plan of this new product announced on the company’s website.
Customers can also buy the product directly on this website when it’s just launche.

PRICE
$12 for each. The average price range is $8-$12 for 4-inch tall toy figures. Price skimming and
dynimaic pricing are the pricing strategies that will be used. When the high price is set, it can
establish the product as good quality, plus the product is also unique from the others. The
dynamic pricing is applied for products that sole online, the price will vary with level of demand
as selling products online is being a trend so we try to gain more potential customers there as
many as possible.

PROMOTION
Promotional strategies: advertising, sales promotion and sponsorship. The products will be
advertised through social medias to minimize the costs and increase the efficiency of promotion.

The product also will be appeared on specialized magazines about toys and anime/manga
magazines.

First ten people order the products on website will receive stickers of the character as a gift as
well as the first ten customers buy in the stores due to the limited number of stickers. Moreover,
the product will be displayed right in front of the shop windows and across the central stalls of
the stores.

The products will be displayed and introduced in events for anime fans such as cosplay events,
International Tokyo Toy Show, Jump Festa, etc. Famous reviewers specialized in toys will be
contacted to introduce and review about the product.
