network that only provided a form of entertainment, seeking to be a network of friends, which

was a revolution from its inception, but that was not left alone with that, but little by little it has

covered other fields, which gives it a scope, in this case online sales.

Amazon advantages:

● It has a great diversity of businesses and products that customers can access at any time

and time of day.

● Exclusivity, products that can only be obtained with amazon as in its Amazon Prime line

of business.

● Due to its express distribution design, it offers sellers a wide range of logistics solutions,

such as packaging, storage and distribution.

● For its sellers, it has a number of offers and discounts on e-store products.

● It always has product availability, something that consumers know, since in a single

marketplace they can cover the majority of their consumer needs.


● Provides security when buying products through its online store, guaranteeing timely

delivery and in good condition of the purchase.

Amazon Disadvantages:

● It is a market with a high level of competition.

● It is an easy market model to imitate, an example is that Facebook already sells products,

of course not with the logistics that Amazon manages.

● There are products that, because they are imported, their price is higher than in a local

store.

● The selling companies do not have access to the customers who buy their products, so

they cannot generate loyalty.

● It has a logistics system that allows entrepreneurs and large companies to sell their

products through its Marketplace with competitive prices

● Amazon allows you to sell premium products (refurbished and pre-owned) to millions of

Amazon customers around the world and include shipping costs.

● When it comes to buying clothes, you can't see or measure the garment until the order is

received.

Facebook advantages:

users.

Facebook Disadvantages:

- Information can be falsified

- Data theft can occur, and false profiles for deception, the identities of the users are not

true.

- Taking into account that it is a social network, it can generate addiction to being in it.

Amazon

news, sanctions and fines from the European Union and the US.

over the world, where users can find all kinds of products and services.

Amazon operates one of the best e-commerce platforms because it offers a wide

applications.

Amazon's business model is sustainable because of its focus on customer

orientation and cost-competitiveness in the distribution of goods that lead to great

opportunities for growth and development at a global level.

The use of social platforms and online sales is not only good for business, it is

also good for people, online born businesses share the benefits of their sales directly with

customers and at the same time increase the growth of their budget.

Facebook, as one of the most important social networks, has a multiplying effect,

since communication is based on the dissemination of information through the
