My Daily Activity

Hello Everyone. I would like to introduce myself. My name is Isra Hayati

Oktavia Lisni, my friend call me isra. I was born in Pasar Lama Air Haji and now I
live in padang to continue my study at Health Polytechnic Kemenkes RI Padang. I
want to tell you about my daily Activity.

Before going to bed I usually set the alarm at 5 am for the prayer. but because
this is the month of Ramadan so usually I set the alarm at 4 am in the morning to eat
sahur after that continue the prayer. As information on yesterday's lecture, today I will
lecture at 7:30 am in room 2.1. This morning I felt very sleepy because last night I
didn't get enough sleep because I stayed up late doing maternity nursing assignments.
Luckily, when he entered the class, the lecturer in question was not present. In the
afternoon at 13:30 pm my friend and I had an independent group practicing child
nursing laboratory on MTBS and denfer. In practice this time our group was guided
by bg Rezky. The practice process in the laboratory was fun, many cases were
discussed and we studied them seriously. Because the plan is to have a holiday next
Friday, the lecture will be cancelled.

After completing the laboratory practice, I returned to the boarding house at

16:30 pm in the afternoon, it was quite tiring indeed. After arriving at the boarding
house, I cleaned up and continued to open English assignments that had to be
submitted the next morning. I didn't realize the clock was already 23:30 pm at night, I
didn't forget to wash my face, brush my teeth and apply skincare before getting ready
for bed because I remembered that the lecture was in the morning so I decided to go
to bed soon so I could wake up early to prepare everything tomorrow. morning before
going to campus of course.
