earrings

MATERIALS
Fireline
Chain
Clasp NECKLACE 1 x bi-cone, 1 x seed bead, and 1 x bi-cone
4mm jump rings STEP ONE and put aside. Diagram 4.
Cut 2 x 240cm lengths of Fireline. Pick up 6 x
seed bead onto two threads and 1 seed bead
BEADS on the other 2 threads and cross threads into
78 x 8mm crystal bi-cones the last seed bead. Diagram 1.

Thread zap STEP FIVE
STEP TWO Take the bottom thread add 4 x seed bead,
Having two threads going towards the top, 1 x bi-cone and 4 x seed bead. Then take

STEP THREE
Separate the bottom threads and add 1 x
bi-cone and 1 x seed bead onto the thread

threads through the last seed bead added

STEP SIX
Pick up 1 x bi-cone and 1 x seed bead
and cross the top thread into the last seed

You should now have 1 thread at the top,

2 threads in the middle and 1 thread at the
bottom.

Rating STEP FOUR

Take the two threads in the middle and add
1 x bi-cone and 1 x seed bead onto both
threads and put aside. On the top thread add
STEP EIGHT
On top two threads pick up 1 x bi-cone,
1 x seed bead, and 1 x bi-cone put aside.

On middle thread pick up 1 x bi-cone and
1 x seed bead, and put aside. On bottom
thread pick up 4 x seed bead, 1 x bi-cone and
4 x seed bead cross over into last seed bead
on middle thread, pull tight. Diagram 6.
STEP NINE
Thread 1 x bi-cone and 1 x seed bead on
what was the middle thread and set aside.
Take the top two threads and go into the seed
bead on middle thread. Diagram 7.
(Note: your threads should now be 1 thread at
top, two threads in middle and 1 thread at the
bottom. (As you go on with this pattern your
threads will be re-aligned.)
STEP TEN
Repeat Step Eight until you have added 78
bi-cones and two threads at top, 1 thread

in middle and 1 thread at the bottom. Pick
up 1 x seed bead, 1 x bi-cone and 1 x seed
bead onto top threads, take middle and
bottom thread up into last seed bead. Pull
all threads tight to close any gaps before
making the final ring.

STEP ELEVEN
Pick up 6 x seed bead onto two of the
threads and with the other two threads,
cross over to form a circle. With a big-eyed
needle take two threads and follow the
thread path all the way to the other side
making knots along the way. Repeat with last
two threads this time follow the thread path
of the seed bead and bi-cone at the bottom.
Once the 4 threads meet up again knot
them together and with the thread zap trim
all tails away.
STEP TWELVE
Cut chain and attach a 4mm jump ring to
the seed bead loop and onto the chain, close
jump ring. Attach a 4mm jump ring and clasp
to the other end of the chain. Repeat on other
side. Optional you
can add a safety
chain when adding
the clasp.
EARRINGS
STEP ONE
Cut 80cm of Fireline
for each earring.
Pick up 1 bi-cone,
1 x seed bead, 1 x Diagram 8.
bi-cone, 1 x seed bead, and 1 x bi-cone, lastly beads on right thread.
pick up 1 x seed bead. Diagram 9.

STEP TWO STEP FOUR

Cross the first thread through the last seed
bead picked up pull tight. Diagram 8.
STEP THREE
Pick up 1 bi-cone and 5 x seed beads on
left thread. Pick up 1 x bi-cone and 4 x seed
Cross threads through
the 5th seed bead on left
pull tight. diagarm 10.
STEP FIVE Diagram 10.
Add a beading needle
to one of the threads and following the thread
path, go around a couple of times to pull
everything in tight. Making knots every now
and then. Repeat for 2nd thread. Attach
earring hook and repeat for 2nd earring.
