I've always been fascinated by design and arts since I was a child. When it comes to
projects, I know how to manage my time well, organize, and work efficiently. I am a very
responsible and reliable team member, but I can also step up to be a team leader if
necessary. My time at architecture school helped me to develop as a fast learner and to
understand the importance of diligence, willingness, and perseverance.

Over the past years, it is evident that the Philippines is an agricultural country that is rich in
land, natural resources, Agri-research facilities/institutions, and hardworking farmers.

Developments nowadays consume more land which affects the Agricultural industry in the NORTHEAST MONSOON

country that is supposedly land for Agriculture. According to Sara Soliven De Guzman
(2018), the agriculture industry in the Philippines is decreasing due to the different
calamities, growth of establishments, and crisis in the food supply.
LOCATION
In relation thereto, agriculture plays a vital role in our Country because Filipinos thrive on
farming as a source of income. One of the important needs in our everyday lives is a supply
of food. Weather, on the other hand, has a big impact on food production, especially in
Agriculture. Pampanga is primarily a rural area for Palay and Corn production.

An Agricultural Rehabilitation and Research Development Center aims to maximize the

town's potential, particularly in all agricultural aspects. In order to specific issues and crises SITE

not only in the community but also in the country. It would also increase farming quality
and boost tourism and local items from Pampanga.

FORM CONCEPT
In addition to that, Agricultural Lands are turned into
establishments for more developed cities. Here in
Arayat, Pampanga, a new innovative and self-
sustaining development will rise to bring back to life
the dying Agricultural Sector not only in Arayat but
also the whole country.

SINUKUAN TOWER
Sinukuan Tower aims to provide one of the community's essentials,
which is food. The super market on the ground floor serves as one of the
project's revolving funds and sells goods sourced from the site's
traditional and vertical farms. The higher floors include a vertical farm
(aquaponics, hydrophonics, and aerophonics), research development
facilities, and laboratories. It also venture investors additional
opportunities. Intending to consume less energy and make the most of
natural resources, the planned project would rise in Arayat, Pampanga,
in a greener and more environmentally friendly setting.
ALAYA BUILDING
A Dormitory is for local farmers to provide a comfortable space to spend their leisure
time and will give our agricultural workers not just roofs over their heads but also
respect and a much-needed morale boost. By providing a temporary housing to the
farmers, the nation's agriculture industry and national food security are both
expanding.

The Alaya building's self-cooling system is one of

its key features. It is inspired by termite mounds,
which created their own heating and cooling
systems to circulate air between the mound and
the outside.
