ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, workload, and work motivation on
employee performance at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan D.I.Yogyakarta. This type of research is
carried out using quantitative research methods. The object of the research is all employees of
BPJS Ketenagakerjaan D.I.Yogyakarta with a total sample of 100 people. The data analysis
technique used is validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear
analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that leadership had a negative and
insignificant effect on employee performance, workload had a positive and significant effect
on employee performance and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on
employee performance. The results of the f test show that Leadership (X1), Workload (X2),
and Work Motivation (X3) together have a significant effect on employee performance (Y)
BPJS Ketenagakerjaan D.I.Yogyakarta. The effect is 78.6% (R2).
