GROUP 3

Relationships are valuable to a person’s life. As the quote says, “No Man is an
island” from the moment we are born, we are never alone. We have a relationship with
our parents through blood; they are the first people to care for us as we grow up. Having
a good relationship with them allows us to build stable and healthy relationships with
others. Personal relationships are not limited to bloodline alone because as we grow
older, we explore many things and meet many people along the way. We seek a sense
of belongingness and the feeling of love as we come of age. These relationships allow
us to grow not only physically but mentally as well. We learn many things from our
friends/lovers and the lesson we got allow us to develop personally. This is one of the
reasons why relationships are valuable. To have a good relationship with others, we
need people with whom we can share our trust and own respect, we need to be patient
and not be toxic. Building relationships is not about a person and making them what you
want. Building a good relationship is about love, support, and respect so that we can
see what that person is.
