decision but the head teacher was very interested.

N.B MORE INFROMATION WILL BE PROVIDED ON THE FOLLOWUP LIST OF

SCHOOLS FROM THE CALLS MADE FOR THE MONTH OF JULY.

During the course of the field work I counted a few challenges as below.
.
 Delay in discussion making by some school administrators, and this common when you find low
ranking staff members who are at the school by then to attend to you and fail to deliver the
information to the directors delaying the acquisition process.
 Mistrust from the schools. This comes as result as some schools were already scammed by some
other companies and were given systems that had errors so making it hard to acquire our product
making it a challenge.

 Malfunctioning of the laptop which kinder block my work force but its soon getting back on
point.

Recommendations.

 A follow up will done to the schools that denied us access to the schools so as to market the
system in the schools to acquire more clients.
 More documentations should be availed to the schools about the company so as to stop the
mistrust from clients about the company products and if possible ids should be given to field
agents too.
 Immediate follow up should be carried out especially when appointments are given by the various
schools to meet especially the head teachers or directors as this will render us a serious company.

The way forward.

 I hope to acquire more sales at least from 3 schools come the new month backed by serious
marketing of the product in the new areas.
 There will be more search to acquire more schools to market the system, this can be done through
Google maps search or searching for places with more populated school.
 I hope to cry out serious follow up on the schools that have promised to take up the system come
next month as they promised.
 Acquiring more training on how to persuade the client’s to come pick up the system.
 More online advertisement is needed to market the system to various people since the internet is
vast means of information acquisition is used in the most parts of the country, this can be done on
social media platforms like tweeter, Facebook among others.
I want to wish you all the best for the new month to attain more clients.
Thanks.
