Module 1
It is in line
In this module, I recall the term
management and its functions as well as
the roles and kinds of managers by area.
I remember our first individual
assignment wherein there is an assigned
question in our class that talks about
which is more important, efficiency or
effectiveness. I wouldn’t forget my
answer because I said that it is not a
matter of choice but rather it depends on
what kind of execution an organization
does.
Module 2
In this module, we have gone
beyond the aspect of management. My
professor clearly explained the general,
task and internal environment. I would
compare this to our lesson in the
Governance where in they have the
same thought about the environment of
the organization and management.
Module 3
This module left a thought on me
about managing my own decisions and it
is the last module in the prelim period.
Also, I remember the Case Study we did
here as a group that also relates to the
lesson in this module which is the
“groupthink” and decision making.
Module 4
This module is well explained, and
I remembered some of the scenarios that
my professor said in the matter of
departmentalization and job
specialization. I also thought that
organization structure must be fully
maintained and always operate.
Module 5
In this module, I highlighted the
behavior and personality we must
possess on an organization.
with our case study regarding “Bullying at
Veteran Affairs.” I thought that having a
good working environment will make an
organization successful in delivering its
goals and objectives.
Module 6
This is the last module for the
midterm period and what I learned here
is the motivation and performance of
employees. I realized that motivation is
crucial in the organizational work
environment because it urge employees
to be work at the very highest possible
level.
Module 7
In this module, we talked about
the leadership and integrate it through a
reaction paper about the webinar we
attended relating to the topic in this
module which is the leadership and
influence. Also, I believed that with great
power comes from great responsibility.
Module 8
This module is the one that
matters because it talks about the
communication. Our professor clearly
distinguishes the difference between
communication and effective
communication, and it makes sense in
our daily interactions with other people.
Module 9
The final module for the finals
period and this is where we integrate our
NAS Daily like presentation because we
are tasked to discussed for 1 minute the
nature of control. Control is very
important as it oversees the operation
within the organization.
REFLECTION

Revisiting the modules from prelims to finals is a fun-learning journey in my Human

Behavior in Organization experience. The lessons were discussed in a fully detailed
manner and gave us a comprehensive thought about the content of this course. The
requirements in this subject either individual or group helped us to understand more and
apply the concepts we learned from every module. The case studies taught us to
collaborate as a group and create a collective idea that will address the certain problem
or issue in the given context. My most memorable experience in this subject is when my
professor asked me about what I did during the holy week. I knew that this is not related
to the subject, but I appreciate that kind of gesture to setup the mood prior to the
discussion of topics. I learned a lot about the concepts of management and how a certain
organization works according to its structure and its people. There are many things you
should consider for an organization to work effectively and efficiently without
compromising the well being of its people and the goals of the organization. My full
learning experience in this subject is very smooth and I intend to use these learnings to
my future career as an accountant. My learning habits in this subject is taking down some
key points per module and using it as my reviewer every time there is a quiz or major
examinations. I found it very effective and, I appreciate the way my professor motivates
us every synchronous session. The things we learned from this subject will always be our
foundation when we already choose the career path we are going to take. It is not just for
a semestral requirement but also it is a lifelong learning that we are going to cherish, and
we are so grateful that we were part of it.
