PO BOX 1021 – 20100

Nakuru
Kenya

Dear Sir/Madam
Greetings,
I was born on March 17, 1969. I am Margaret Kerubo Arosi Kenyan Citizen and my passport
number is AK0862889. I live in Nakuru city Kenya. I first met my beloved late husband Mr.
Bernard Gregory Alston American National, United States Citizen from California state born
on April 24, 1949. I remember we made our first meeting at a restaurant at 11:30 AM when
it was a sunny day. We had lunch together and both of us were delighted as if our
relationship had started years gone. What impressed me most was him being very open in
every statement he made, frankly and overjoyed as our meeting was on his birthday Apr-24,
my birthday had just ended on march 17th. Then in our conversation he could proof with
documents example he had divorce papers, prescription on his status stage 4 prostate
cancer and Permanente Harbor Hospital Doc had only given him two years to live which
touched me instantly as his health wasn’t good though.
All his qualities of truth appealed to me he was God given husband to me despite his status
likewise to him. As he said I was Godly given to him. Second meeting we together travelled
to Siaya county for visitation for second born son who was taking Diploma Course in clinical
Medicine and Surgery second year. Mr. Alston seemed to complement every aspect of my
life and our personalities prehended so beautiful. He constantly found time for us together
and I find him to me incredibly kind, caring, loving, respectful and understanding of me and
my four children and one granddaughter two years way back then. From the beginning of
our relationship earlier 2019 we had meetings after two months with my family members at
Guardian Hotel in Nyamira Town for Four days where they gave my Husband go ahead
proceedings for my marriage. Later we tied a knot on August 16, 2019 under supreme court
of Kenya at Kisii Central, Attorney General’s Office in Kenya.
My husband became so ill shortly which resulted into surgery (radical prostatectomy) by
doctor Ngetich at Annex Hospital Nakuru Kenya. After two months his health responded so
good as I gave him 24/7 best care he deserved. We could communicate through email
WhatsApp videos 0722862120 and 0735020295, emails margarearosi19@gmail.com and
elijfine2003@yahoo.com when we apart a day or two on visa extension or any other mission
for both of us and he could not be able to accompany me. He was there for me and our
children more especially Faith Moraa at Sigowet Campus - Orthopedic Trauma and Medicine
(KMTC) and James Bosire Clinical Medicine and Surgery in Siaya KMTC and Hilda, Alexia
(granddaughter) and David. I have submitted our images to bolster the evidence of our
living together as couple, hospital receipts, scans, X-rays, lab test from PGH Level 5, Heart
Centre Mediheal, and Alexandria Cancer center (Hospitals).
We lived unforgettably, happily and it was a responsible marriage I will never ever get.
As from Feb-2022 my husband’s condition became worse, he received Chemotherapy,
Lupron injection and Blood transfusion which did not help him live long but his body shut

down on May-2022 and he was laid to rest on May 14th, 2022 at South Cemetery Nakuru
Kenya as his wish was. I have attached funeral, hospitals and happy moments (photos) with
our children and friends.

My husband’s sister Sharon response when I requested them for a letter to verify that I lived
with Mr. Alston and was married to him, she said that I have a death and marriage
certificates which will be proof enough for the circumstance.

Yours faithfully,

Mrs. Margaret Alston
