    In line with Service Level Agreements

    The following was identified as critical to information sharing and achieving ISO
    quality standards rating for safety

    Question: Are self-closing fire doors installed?

    Answer:

    There are no electrical panels located in guests’ rooms, so there will be no need
    for installation of any fire doors there, as well as the laundry areas and boiler
    rooms. The kitchen is the only high risk area; as such we are currently putting a
    system in place to have this area fully addressed.

    Question: Is functioning pump cut- off device?

    Answer: We DO have an emergency stop button within easy reach, but it is not
    accessible to the general public, ONLY to the STAFF which have been installed
    from inception

    We have enlisted a Pool company to come in and do refreshers courses with our
    maintenance key personnel

    Update – training completed, certificate aquired.
