We urge guests to avoid walking, the path to Fira or take the famous
Donkey Ride”. There are approximately 600 strenuous steps in zigzag;
this path could be dangerous and very slippery with unpleasant donkey
odors and discharge, Donkeys are exhausted and exposed to heat,
people have broken bones by slipping and falling on this path walking or
riding the donkey. There is no help or assistance available at any point
on the path and it is very difficult to get help if something happens. We
highly recommend you to be safe and take the cable car.
SETTLING YOUR ACCOUNT

Today, Norwegian Jade will be at anchor. We will use tenders to
transport guests ashore. There is no specific timetable for the tender
boats, however, they will run continuously throughout our stay.
IMPORTANT TENDERING INFORMATION
 Since tender boats have limited capacity, only guests who are
ready and interested in getting off the ship as early as
possible (starting at 1:00p), should collect tender tickets.
 Do not get a ticket if you are not yet ready to go ashore.
 Each tender ticket has a number that represents your group. The
earlier you get a ticket, the earlier your number will be announced
and the earlier you will be able to go ashore.
 Wait in public areas or in the comfort of your stateroom until your
tender group number is called over the PA system or on TV
Channel 24. To ensure safe and smooth operation, kindly do not
wait in front of the elevators and staircases
 If you missed getting a tender ticket, you’ll still can go ashore.
 After all the tender group numbers are called, the tendering
process will change to “Open Tender“. From this time on,
passengers without a tender ticket will be allowed to get off the
ship.
 You’ll only need a tender ticket to travel from the ship to shore.
You won’t need a ticket to return to the ship.
 One family member can collect the tickets for the entire
family.
YOU DON’T NEED A TENDER TICKET IF:
 You prefer going ashore later during the day, after “Open
Tender” is announced.
 Guests on a Norwegian Shore Excursion do not need a
tender ticket. Kindly double-check your tour ticket for your
