Check-in Offices: Captain Cook Cruises check-in offices are located at Circular Quay Wharf No.6, Darling Harbour Pier 26 (next to
SEA LIFE) and Darling Harbour King Street Wharf No.1, or as otherwise advised should you need assistance
- If you are travelling in a group, all members are required to board at the same time – please do not board the vessel until all guests
have arrived
- On arrival to your wharf, please present a printed copy of this Reservation Record directly to our staff as you board your vessel (one
per group)
- Special Boarding Pass “tickets” are required for bookings made through Travel Agents; bookings of 10 passengers or more on Dining
Cruises; Whale Watching Cruises; and cruise/attraction combo tickets. These are available at Check-In Offices
- New Year’s Eve – due to extra security at wharf precincts, printed reservation records must be produced on request at security
gates. We cannot guarantee access to your departure point, or our offices without a printed copy
