If RWY 251 is not AVBL or CLSD, the standard MISAP shall be initiated, then the ILS APCH procedure for RWY 25C shall be used. [ Arrival Procedure FMS RNAV Transitions: For FMS RNAV transitions leading to all instrument APCH PROCS refer to ILS APCH chart (IAC). Noise Abatement Procedure: See CRAR Germany and in addition; RWY 25UR wil preferably be assigned to LDG ACFT, provided the tailwind component does not exceed 5KT. The LDG direction will be changed, even if the tailwind component is less than SKT when braking action on the RWYs is impaired by ice, snow, slush, ete 2200-0400+ expect CLR so that final track will be reached latest at 18NM (RWY 25L/0) or 19NM (RWY 07C/R) which corresponds to FMS points DF622 and DF652 - in addition expect CLR to descend below FL7O only 6NM before this points - adjust speed 200-220KT when leaving FL70 and perform continuous descent whenever possible. From 2200-0400$, approaching ACFT shall wait for CLR with infromation that final APCH tracks can only be reached at a distance of SNM (RWY25C/25L) and 5.1NM (07C/O7R) in the front of THR. These final approach points correspond to the GPS/FMS waypoints RATRU (RWY 250), TITUT (RWY 25L), TIXAK (RWY 076) and BOGVO (RWY O7R). In addition, pilots should be prepared not to expect a descent CLR below FL70 until 6NM prior to reaching KUGUV and/or ORVIV (RWY 25C/25L) and 6NM prior to reaching ULNOK and/or IBLUS (RWY 07C/O7R). Departure Procedure Start-up/Push-back: Contact DLV for start-up. AGFT Parking on PSN B10 have to contact APN, prior actual ENG start-up. Contact GND for push-back CLR. All nose-in PSN's: APN. PSN and RWY shall be indicated. During push-back, the following guidelines shoud be followed ‘AI push-backs out of PSNs with a 90° angle (excluding V108-V118) shall start first ENG after the tractor has passed the tow curve and is positioned in a straight line with the ACFT. ~ Due tolarge towing curve angle for PSN A11, A14, B20, C4, $501, $502 thefirst ENG shall be started after the ACFT has been towed into the break-away area. ~The second ENG of ACFT types CRJ, £170-190, B737, A319-A321 and B757 shall be started after push- back is completed and ACFT brakes have been set. - All remaining ENGs of wide body ACFT consisting of ACFT types A330, A340, A388, 8767, B777, 8747, etc, can be started while ACFT is being towed to the final point of taxi in the break-away area. ~ Under winter conditions (slippery surfaces, snow) no ACFT ENG shall be started during any part of push-back phase Changes: Nil \f LSY Standard (airberlinWW) Lido 2016 Germany Frankfurt Frankfurt/Main 01-DEC-2016 FRA-EDDF 1-70 AOl DEPARTURE Departure Notes 0600-2100¢ for RWY 25L/C ACFT via BIBTI, MARUN, TOBAK shall use SIDs with designators: MIKE for 3-4 ENG HEAVY and SUPER ACFT and all MEDIUM and LIGHT ACFT able to comply with the climb restrictions RWY 25C. ~ HOTEL for 3-4 ENG HEAVY and SUPER ACFT and all MEDIUM and LIGHT ACFT able to comply with the climb restrictions RWY 25L. - JULIETT for 2 ENG HEAVY ACFT able to comply with the climb restrictions, if unable file GOLF. ~ FOXTROT for MEDIUM and LIGHT ACFT able to comply with the climb restrictions (by ATC only). = GOLF for all ACFT unable to comply with climb restrictions, Traffic to all other directions shall use SIDs with designators: - FOXTROT for all MEDIUM and LIGHT ACFT. ~ GOLF for all HEAVY and SUPER ACFT. 2100-0600$ for RWY 25L/C All 3- and 4-ENG JET ACFT, except Avroliner and BAe 146, via BIBTI, MARUN, TOBAK and SOBRA shall use SIDs with designator NOVEMBER. SIDs with designator TANGO (contingency SiDs) will be assigned by ATC only under special circumstances, e.g. closure of one of the parallel RWYs when LDG direction is 07. R-SID will be allocated by TWR only. Between 01 MAY up to and including 14 OCT, request for de-icing only by telephone (+49 (0) 69 690 73891. De-icing is conducted at ACFT stands on de-icing pads DP’ and DP2 west of RWY head 18. On the de-icing pads, only jet ACFT with running ENGs can be de-iced. De-icing at parking PSN with ENG off. De-Icing at other locations if necessary for operations, the ACFT De-Icing Centre (ADC) will assign ACFT to be de-iced at additional locations (TWY N7, positions V159, W167 and G76). Instructions for taxiing to and onto these positions will be issued by APN control, ACFT will be guided by a marshaller to the de-icing position. The marshaller’s instructions must be followed, When requested by APN control, radiotelephony communication shall be established with the de-icing crew on the frequency assigned. ACFT parked on Positions east of TWY N3 which intend to DEP from RWY 18 can be de-iced at position G16 with running engines. As a rule, DEP will be conducted from intersections S or M. Plots unable to comply with these conditions shall communicate this during their first radiotelephony communication to request de-icing Phase 1: Consists of treatment where time is not a critical factor. f includes cases of hoar frost and light surface covering and pre-suppoes that a delay in DEP of more than 15min and an immediate worsening of MET conditions are not to be expected, Phase 2: Severe winter conditions; Information by ATIS. It must be understood, that under these conditions not all requests for de-icing can possibly be fullfilled on time and that severe delays and cancellations are to be expected.
