The U.S.

Army Corps of Engineers, Transatlantic Middle East District (CETAM) will host an in-
person and virtual Industry Day on 05 October 2023. Check-in on the day of the event will begin
at 0730. Program overview and other topics will be covered from 0900-1130. A question &
answer (Q&A) session with Contracting, Construction, Engineering, and Programs and Project
Management will occur in the afternoon from 1330-1600. The location will be in Winchester, VA,
venue to be determined. A virtual link will be announced a few days prior to the event.

The purpose of Industry Day is for contractors to gain an understanding of the current and
upcoming program opportunities in the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR) as well as
other select topics covered by CETAM and Transatlantic Expeditionary District (CETAE)
leadership. There will be an opportunity to openly discuss any questions, comments, concerns,
and best practices contractors have about working in the CENTCOM AOR during the afternoon
Q&A session.

CETAM will solicit questions from industry in advance of the event. Please submit any questions
by 1600 Eastern Daylight Time, 03 October 2023 to the attention of Mr. David Walden,

Benjamin.C.Williams@usace.army.mil, with the Subject Line: Industry Day Oct 2023. CETAM
and CETAE will evaluate questions and provide responses during the Q&A portion of the event.

All attendees are asked to provide their company name and attendee names with titles also by
28 September 2023. Please RSVP with this information to Ms. Shelley Pitta at

Mr. Walden at the email noted above, with the Subject Line: RSVP Industry Day Oct 2023. We
are currently not limiting in-person attendance at the event, however, this may change if an
overwhelming number of companies intend to send representatives. A questionnaire is included
for the submittal with RSVP.
