RLE - MODULE 12

CHECK FOR UNDERSTANDING

DRAWSHEET - a small bed sheet placed crosswise over the middle of the bottom sheet of a mattress to
cover the area between the person's upper back and thighs, often used by medical professionals to
move patients.

FLOOR - the level base of a room.

GLOVES - protect and comfort hands against cold or heat, damage by friction, abrasion or chemicals,
and disease; or in turn to provide a guard for what a bare hand should not touch.

HAMPER - it refers to a wicker basket, usually large, that is used for the transport of items, often food.

LOOSENING - to make less tight; slacken or relax: to loosen one's grasp.

MITER - a joint made between two pieces of wood or other material at an angle of 90°, such that the
line of junction bisects this angle.

PILLOWCASE - complete bedding sets in terms of both functionality and comfort. Not only do they
protect pillows from dust, dirt, stains and facial oils, but add a comfortable and attractive touch.
SHAKING - the act of a person or thing that shakes or to cause to move to and fro, up and down.

WRINKLES - is a small ridge or furrow especially when formed on a surface by the shrinking or
contraction of a smooth substance.
