Responsibilities:
General manager of the ProTec-Gabon branch with already running project with Ericsson-
Airtel and registering with the below companies for new projects:
1. Gabon Telecom, civil, and telecom projects.
2. Huawei, civil and telecom projects.
Tasks:
1. Operation Department:
o WO implementation with Ericsson-Airtel (ProTec SPOC with Ericsson).
o Project planning and coordination with ProTec in-house and rented teams.
o Progress analysis and reporting to ER project manager.
o Follow up: Teams utilization, project efficiency, quality index, and pending WO.
o Follow up Acceptance process plan & achievement.
2. HR Department:
o Personal requests , attendance, vacations, investigations, and competence .
o Personal mobility between different projects upon their competencies.
o Coordinator's performance evaluations quarterly.
3. WH Department:
o Material requests approval.
o Escalation for delay of materials.
4. Finance Department:
o Approval for Salaries, expenses claim, car requests
o Maintain # WO that achieves break-even point.
o Assure resource allocation to achieve the correct project’s cost center.
o PO issuance till invoicing with Ericsson PO team.
5. QEH&S Department:
o Cascade H&S customer regulations and policies to operation team (Coo, and teams).
o Assure H&S readiness and awareness before engaging in active operations.
A. Roll-out project in Vodafone account all areas (Ericsson, Huawei and Siae equipment’s)
B. Power Cube 1000 (Hybrid Solution) project in Vodafone account (Huawei equipment’s)
Tasks:
o WO implementation with Vodafone EG (Integra SPOC with Vodafone-Egypt).
o Project planning, controlling and coordination with Integra in-house teams.
o Progress analysis and reporting to VF. Area SPOC on daily basis.
o Acceptance process planning with Integra teams and VF/ acceptance auditors on weekly
basis till FAC.
o Teams and resources requirements execution like: access, permissions, IDs, materials, per
deem.... etc.
o H&S report to Integra OHS manager on daily basis.
o Achievement report to Integra coast manager on monthly basis.
o Taking the WO status decisions and technical supporting as 2nd line.
o Updating Integra //Acceptance DB on weekly basis (2-weeks dead line for FAC from reject
date).

o Project planning, controlling and coordination with Citex ASPs & in-house teams.

o Acceptance progress following up with Citex ASPs & in-house teams on weekly basis.
o Resources requirements execution like access, permissions and IDs, materials.... etc.
o H&S report to Citex OHS manager on daily basis.
o Achievement report to Citex coast manager on monthly basis.
o Taking the WO status decisions and technical supporting as a 2nd line.
o Updating Citex//Acceptance DB on weekly basis (2-weeks dead line for FAC).
o Matching Citex//ARP system with finance DB to guarantee zero losses.
o Revising and following up Citex TSR with VF PO issuance team.
Tasks:
o WO implementation with Vodafone EG (Ericsson SPOC with VF).
o Project planning and coordination with ER ASPs (Afro, Actel, Twasoul and MAG)
o Progress analysis and reporting to VF. Area SPOC on daily basis.
o Acceptance progress following up with ER ASPs & ER/SS on weekly basis.
o ASPs Resources requirements execution like access, permissions and IDs, materials.... etc.
o H&S report to ER/IM on daily basis.
o Achievement report to ER/IM on monthly basis.
o Taking the WO status decisions and technical supporting as a 2nd line.
o Updating ER/DB (Site handler) on daily basis (2-weeks dead line for FAC from reject date).
Tasks:
o Coordinate with the coordinators of a/m projects, 3-teams per project
o Prepare project reports and project communication plan as required, to Customer.
o Reporting for progress and quality to General manager (Mohamed Habrout).
o Sending daily Report progress to customer (Huawei coordinators)
o Handling meeting with Huawei team to discuss projects requirements, resources assignment,
Concerns…etc
Tasks:
o Support all teams for Ericsson projects like as Rollout, 3G Expansion with Vodafone Egypt
o Prepare project reports and project communication plan as required, to Customer.
o Sending Report daily to customer.
o Internal reporting for progress and quality to Project manager.
o Planning and control activity of the project.
