ANNOUNCEMENT

Information for all students and extracurricular supervisors, for those who wish
to transfer to another extracurricular activity, please follow the established
procedure as follows:
1. Please obtain a transfer form from the administration room (with Mr.
Heri).
2. Confirm first with your current extracurricular supervisor that you are
allowed to transfer and request their approval signature.
3. Confirm again with the supervisor of the extracurricular activity you
intend to join, ensuring that you are accepted, and request their approval
signature.
4. Submit the documents that have received approval from both supervisors
to the Vice Principal of Student Affairs (Mr. Ayun).
Once all procedures have been completed, the data will be updated
automatically, and the extracurricular transfer process will be successful.
Extracurricular transfers can only be confirmed from July 29th to August 5th,
2023.
Note:
"Supervisors have the prerogative to determine the available quota in their
extracurricular activities."
