PASSIVATOR for CONDENSER WATER

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

TWM 8210 is a blend of stabilized phosphate, for use in once through or re-circulating cooling water
systems. For passivation, TWM 8210 is an excellent passivator for mild steel and galvanized steel.

DOSAGE AND CONTROL

TWM 8210 is normally maintained at concentrations between 40 to 50 mg/l, in the cooling water. The
chemical reserve to be maintained is 6 to 8mg/L as PO4. For passivation, it is recommended to maintain
300mg/L of TWM 8210 in the system for three days. TWM 8210 may be fed through normal dosage
equipment, either after dilution, or directly from the drum.

PRODUCT PACKING INFORMATION

TWM 8210 is packed in non-returnable carboy drum of 30 kg.

Improper handling of this product can be injurious to workers.
