Happy Fiesta San Leon!

I am thrilled, since we are able to celebrate joyous occasion like this outside of our
home. It has been a rough experience for the past years due to pandemic, however, we
are able to surpass it with a brave heart and with unity. I commend the efforts of the
entire Barangay Council in providing service amidst the pandemic, and may you
continue to provide quality service to the all the people since that is the core of public
service.

I express my warmest and heartfelt gratitude for giving me the opportunity to be one
with you in this momentous occasion. And through the celebration of the barangay’s
annual festival, may this take you back again to the very purpose why we celebrate
occasions like this, and that is to give thanks for the continuous provision of our
Almighty God.

May our Lord continue to guide you and be with you always.
