Congratulations on the 26th Founding Anniversary of the Balungao National High School.

I am delighted, since again, we can celebrate joyous occasion like this outside of our home. I know that
all of you have had hard time providing quality education to the learners due to the COVID-19 pandemic,
and that pushed everyone to think outside the box just to make sure that the quality of service and
education will not be compromised and would still suffice the need of both people and learners. I am
grateful that even with the pandemic, all of you have delivered quality service and exhibited grace under
pressure, and passed the test with flying colors.

I commend the efforts of the entire Balungao National High School teaching and non-teaching force to
take new heights of paradigm that had set good examples to different institutions in adapting and
providing different teaching modalities during the pandemic. And through the celebration of the
school’s founding anniversary, may this take you back again to the very purpose why this school was
built, and it is to provide free education to aspiring learners.

To all the well-accomplished members of the Balungao National High School under the leadership of
Principal Miguelito L. Luna, I express my warmest and heartfelt gratitude for giving me the opportunity
to be one with you in this momentous occasion. May our Lord continue to guide you and be with you
always.
