 Do u have any diversity in your work groups? If
so , how does it affect your work?

In my office, we've people belonging to different states of India and

of different religions and beliefs.
Having people from various educational backgrounds helps us share
broader thoughts and enable progress thinking, becoming aware of
socio economic factors of society. These help us in designing better
solutions.

Sometimes I feel like men get more chances to travel

abroad but otherwise, I was born and raised here so I
don't really face any discrimination. But in most offices,
people often group with like-minded people who can
speak the same native language.
 Do u have any diversity in your work groups?
If so, how does it affect your work?

Yes People from various Countries work in my company, and

many don’t have English as their First Language, Thus they are
not able to convey their opinions correctly.
On the plus side, Different ideas and perspectives can be
gathered while People from Coming countries have Different
Experiences in the field.

People from specific religion or region is not necessarily

given preference but rather it is depended upon
experience and position, But managing positions
mostly people speaking both English and Arabic is given
preference.
