Professional with more than 13 years of experience in construction, operation, and business management
in the energy industry as a senior engineer and lead adviser. Contributed to renewable energy projects in
China, Germany, Mexico, Chile, Argentina and Ecuador.
He has Delivered more than 320GW of on-shore energy in over six countries.

During 2020 Lucas joined AELA with the aim of selling the company in the short term. He leads the
operation and maintenance of the company´s asset with a 332 MW wind power plants portfolio distributed
throughout the country. He is responsible to maintaining all operating and construction budgets, driving
HSE & Operational excellence and ensuring the assets integrity.

In June 2022 the objective was achieved, and Aela Energía SpA completed a successful M&A process.
Company’s ownership has been transferred to Innergex. The amount of the transaction reached USD 686
Millions. He has been a part of the team responsible for such achievement

Prior working for AELA, Lucas has been in charge during 7 years in the daily operations at Envision
offices in Argentina and Chile, and involved actively in Mexico. He has implemented in LATAM a
successful strategy aimed to consolidate the company as a leading energy player. Lucas has contributed
to grow the company from 2 to 70 employees up to date, having a portfolio of 1GW in LATAM. During this
period Envisions entry in the top 5th largest wind turbine manufacturer worldwide and 2dn in China.

In Chile Lucas supported the construction and daily operation of Ucuquer II and La Esperanza wind farms
21MW, the first two internationals project of Envision.

In Envision Argentina, he was involved on the project acquisitions 285MW and winning PPAs, obtaining
185MW in contracts, being the largest winners of the tendering process RenovAr 1.0. He led coordinate
the construction of Vientos del Secano and Garcia del Rio wind farm.

As advisor of the board of Celec in Ecuador, Lucas was responsible for operation and maintenance
activities of Villonaco Windfarm, providing reports, technical support to director Office and constant
evaluation of wind energy technologies for potential projects in Ecuador.

Prior working for Celec, Lucas was the project coordinator for Goldwind in China and supported the
transportation, construction and commissioning phases of the first wind farm in Ecuador, an EPC project.
This project pushed the envelope of technical feasibility for the global industry as one of the highest wind
farms in the world (at 2700m above sea level) and one of the windiest, with an average on-site wind
speed more than 12m/s. During this period, Goldwind moved from 5th largest in 2009, to the largest wind
turbine manufacturer worldwide in 2011-2012.
