Note :
a) Main Contractor shall make available a copy of the Main Contract
upon request by the Sub-Contractor and the Sub-Contractor shall be
deemed to have full knowledge of the Main Contract save for the
detailed rates and/or prices of the Main Contractor.

b) In the context of the above Specifications, the term ‘Contractor’ shall

mean the ‘Sub-Contractor’ of this Sub-contract and all obligations stated
therein shall be the responsibilities of the Sub-Contractor, unless
otherwise specified in other document forming part of this Sub-Contract.

c) Notwithstanding the above the Sub-Contractor is deemed to have

familiarised himself with the requirements of the Main-Contract General
Specifications and Particular Specifications.
