●Turnover of all finalized suppliers and vendors

●Provide on-the-day itinerary

Hotel Preparation
●Provide On-the-Day Timeline
●Arrive at the hotel 4-5 hours before the ceremony
●Assist the couple with their needs
●Coordinate with the suppliers
●Supervision of deliver of suppliers/vendors needed for the church

Church
●Coordinate with the Church’s Representative
●Supervision of physical arrangement and design
●Receive the guests and usher them to their prospective seats
●Distribution of ceremonial paraphernalia to the respective members of entourage.
●Cueing of participants for processional and recessional march.
●Assist the entourage with their roles during the ceremony.
●Handling of the church photo session after ceremony.

Reception
●Supervision of physical arrangement and design.
●Coordinate with suppliers/ vendors deliver of service and function materials
●Coordinate with reception’s representative
●Assist the Couple with their needs
●Manning of Guests Registration and Gift Registry
●Ushering of Guests to their prospective seats
●Coordination of music entry
●In charge of distribution of souvenirs
●Meet host to help conceptualize program
●Manage the remaining suppliers’ balance

NOTES

For On-the-Day Coordination Service, booked suppliers and vendors can be

turned over around 90 days prior to the wedding date. Both finalized and
pending tasks that are needed to be polished can be handled by the head
planner. Instructions and other requests are given by the couple.
