Reflection paper

For the 240 hours of training, I could say it was really such a great adventure, it was really a

great experience in for me and I would treasure it for my whole life. I didn't even felt that I'm

left out when I go on duty because the people inside the company is so humble and fun to be

with. I didn't even felt like I was a trainee because they treat me like a real employee, I've never

imagined such thrilling event in my life.

During the training we are assigned to an experienced personel. sir is very strict at the same

time a funny person. He teaches us what we need to learn and he sometimes throws jokes out

of nowhere for him making sure that we trainees are taking our ojt seriously but in a fun way.

We learned a lot about our field work because of his guidance, I'm thankful that I met him and

became my teacher here. All the struggling, sacrifices, laughter and the happiness that we've

shared, it's amazing how we've been able to gained such memories and experience for a very

short period of time.

Imagine for one month of training I've been able to do things which also an employee does and

the best part of everything that I've learned was, i learned how to trouble shoot, understand

more complicated wiring diagrams and be able to draw a wiring diagram, and of course

communicating to others especially to person who knows better what to do about the problem,

because doing things without consulting someone or asking for suggestions of the others will
make everything worst, relying only to yourself and trusting on things that you only got will end

up to total chaos. We have to cooperate with other and work as a team, because we cannot

make things successful by relying only to ourselves, and that's a really grate lesson that I've

learned during the training days.
