Department of Dairy Technology being pioneer in offering dairy technology degree program
aspire to provide quality education and training for development of well skilled manpower.
Department has stimulating and conducive learning atmosphere with intellectual and
technological tools necessary to meet the global challenges in the discipline for the benefit

learning experience of our final year B.S. (Hons.) Dairy Technology students. We kindly
request you to spare time to deliver a lecture on Tuesday, 05-09-2023, by 12:30 pm at UVAS
Ravi Campus. Your perspective on Quality Assurance, Research & Development, Legal
Framework, Traceability and Labelling Requirements within the context of ice cream
production, would be invaluable. We believe that your presence would significantly
