factories around the world hold the Quality System Certificate as proof of operating
a quality management system meeting the requirements of ISO 9000.

KWH Pipe is a wholly owned subsidiary of the KWH Group Ltd of Finland. Our
production of polyethylene pipework began in 1955 and since then we have
continued to expand and develop our product range, until in 1976, KWH Pipe
became the first company in the world to produce 1600 mm diameter solid wall
pipe. Even today, the company remains one of the few manufacturers who can
produce this diameter of pipe. Since then, KWH Pipe developed the Weholite pipe,
an innovative lightweight pipe for non pressure applications which today can be
manufactured up to 3 metres in diameter.

Pressure Applications

Polyethylene (PE) pipes are widely used for water and gas applications. Special
areas of use include marine pipeline installations (for both intake and outfall
applications) and for mining applications (such as slurry lines.)

Polypropylene (PP) pipes are successfully used for applications where high
temperatures and high chemical resistance are required, such as chemical plants,
pulp and paper plants and mining industries

PVC pressure pipes are mainly used for underground water applications outside
buildings.

PEX pressure pipes are used for cold and hot tapwater installations as well as for
water carried heating solutions such as floor heating and radiator based heating.

WehoFloor floorheating system is a complete system where

the components’ compatibility is guaranteed.

Product Material Dimensions Pressure class PN (bar)

Wehopeh PE 20 - 1600 3.2 - 20
PP 20 - 1600 3.2 - 16
Wehonyl PVC 63 - 630 6.3 and 10
Wehogas PE 20 - 315 4-8
Wehopex PEX 12 - 28 10
WehoPress PEX-AL-PEX 16 - 63 10
WehoFloor PEX 12 - 20 6

KWH Pipe offers a wide range of fittings to the above to build up a total pipeline
system.
KWH Pipe also offers a comprehensive range of both injection moulded and
electrofusion fittings suitable for their range of polyethylene pipework used for water,
gas and industrial applications.
In addition, the Pre-Fabrication Division is able to offer a range of “special” fittings
to meet individual customer requirements.

Relining

For more than two decades, KWH Pipe has contributed to the development of
pipe renovation methods. Initially, the relining of leaking concrete pipes was the
major part of this business, while nowadays renovation works encompass
segmented pipes, continuous pipes, VipLiner and Weholite pipes. Moreover, raw
materials and working procedures have undergone radical chances.
KWH Pipe can now offer several solutions for relining applications.

Applications: - Renovation of
gravity sewers
manholes
pressure water pipes

- Trenchless relining using VipLiner short modules.

Available in sizes 110 mm - 560 mm.

- Long length relining using

PE-pressure pipes in sizes 20 mm - 1600 mm;
Weholite pipes in sizes NS 360 mm - 3000 mm;
VipLite corrugated pipe, diameter 110 mm.
Manholes to meet customers’ special requirements.
