Financial procedures 2023-2024

Tuition fees are determined by the Administrative Council of ICN.

For the academic year 2023-2024, tuition fees for the Diploma: Diplôme ICN Bachelor en management 3ème
année are 7 990,00 €. To this should be added in particular fees for external evaluation of modern languages,
student association subscriptions and all costs connected with housing, stationery supplies or computing
equipment.

As part of the confirmation of your registration, you have already paid the advance admission payment.

You have chosen to pay the balance of 3,990.00 € as a one-time payment in full.

The conditions shown above have been calculated from the information you supplied as part of the
registration procedure on 14/08/2023. To allow us to validate your registration, you must complete and sign
the enclosed forms and send us (by upload) the documents listed below by 24/08/2023 :

List of administrative documents:

- A copy of the French social security document or the European Health Card
- Attestation Contribution à la Vie Etudiante et de Campus (payment to the CROUS mandatory for your registration)
- A copy of your liability insurance
- A signed and dated copy of the acknowledgement of receipt of the Internal regulation
- A signed and dated copy of the acknowledgement of receipt of the educational regulation
- A copy of your valid passport or identity card on both sides
- Copy of the latest diploma
- Authorisation to register learning courses

List of financial documents :

- A signed and dated copy of the tuition fees payment slip


- Financial formalities (2 pages upload)
- Admission down payment in Euros
- Payment of the balance in Euros, to ICN Business School
- Parents agreement completed by your guarantor

Conditions for reimbursement


Your registration has been finalised.
It is, however, possible to cancel your registration by sending a letter via recorded delivery, with a request for
acknowledgement of receipt, to ICN BUSINESS SCHOOL Accounting Department.

Depending on the reasons for cancellation and the amount of notice given, deposits for admission and registration will
be reimbursed in line with the following conditions.

Cases for reimbursement of deposits for admission and registration, for serious and legitimate reasons:
- Failure to obtain the qualification required in order to obtain a place at ICN BUSINESS SCHOOL, providing
notification of the cancellation has been sent to us less than 30 days after results have been published,
together with a copy of the results.
- Denial of a visa, providing notification of the cancellation has been sent to us less than 30 days after the visa
has been denied, together with a copy of the denial.
- ICN BUSINESS SCHOOL should be notified at the earliest opportunity of other serious and legitimate
reasons, in particular in cases of force majeure.
The extent to which the reason provided by the student can be considered to be serious and legitimate is left to
the appraisal of school finance directors, through examination of the supporting documents which must be
forwarded by the student, at the same time as notification of cancellation.

The amounts paid (admission fees and registration deposit) will be reimbursed within 30 days.

Other cases for reimbursement of admission and registration fees:


If you are unable to provide serious and legitimate reasons or if you do not fulfil the conditions outlined above, your
reimbursement can be denied by ICN BUSINESS SCHOOL.

In addition, ICN BUSINESS SCHOOL could demand that the outstanding student fees be paid if the lessons have been
started, as any term that has been commenced is deemed payable.

Specific cases
For students who have been granted a place through the competitive entrance exam, through admissions testing
procedures (banques d?épreuves), the terms for reimbursement of admission fees are determined by the conditions of
the admissions testing procedures (banques d?épreuves) in question.

For students who have been granted a place via ParcoursSup, cancellation of the registration allows reimbursement of
the admission and registration deposits paid. Reimbursement will be made within 30 days after notification of the
registration cancellation has been received.
