Dear God, we thank you for this special day of

celebration and joy. We thank you for our lives, who

have grown so much this year in wisdom,
knowledge, and love. We thank you for our teachers
and school principal, who have nurtured us and
guided us with patience and care. We thank you for
our families, who have supported us and
encouraged us with love and faith.
We ask you to bless this moving up ceremony with
your presence and peace. We ask you to bless each
of us as we receive our awards and move on to the
next stage of our education. We ask you to fill us
with confidence and courage to face the new
challenges and opportunities ahead. We ask you to
protect us, guide us, and inspire us throughout our
lives.
Lord God, you are the source of all wisdom and
knowledge. You have made us in your image and
called us to be your children. Help us to use our gifts
and talents to glorify you and serve others. Help us
to follow your will and seek your kingdom. Help us
to love you with all our heart, soul, mind, and
strength, and to love our neighbors as ourselves.
We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives
and reigns with you, AMEN.
