In every aspect of educational excellence, Lahore Grammar School OPF Senior Girls
Campus continues to live up to its impeccable reputation. Our institution has organised
many events over the years, resulting in academic and extracurricular success. Each of
these events has adhered to our tradition of creating exciting, disciplined, and
educational events, and one of them is our mega-event, Triathlon. The event's previous
editions, which attracted around 700+ delegates from all across Pakistan, have proven
its excellence and competence. Featuring exciting sub-events in Science, Business, and
Arts, Triathlon emphasizes the importance of learning in a variety of facets. With
immense enthusiasm and utter pride, we invite you to be a part of the fifth edition of
one of Lahore’s biggest celebrations of multi-disciplinary intellect — Triathlon 5.0.

This mega-event, consisting of 3 sub-events and 26 categories, will provide students

with a platform to showcase their scientific, entrepreneurial, artistic, and performing
skills across a broad range of subjects. In order to increase confidence and innovation
among students, we believe such events are essential and we are proud to provide a
platform that empowers students to do so.

We direct this letter to your company presenting you with an opportunity to sponsor
the fifth edition of Triathlon on 14th-17th September, 2023. Your sponsorship for this
event will enable us to promote your products, enhance your brand image, and hence,
expand your company’s reach to a substantial extent.

Mode of Event: Physical

Expected Number of Delegates: 800-1000
A number of prominent schools, particularly those offering O and A levels, from
accross Lahore will be participating in our event.
WHY SPONSOR THIS EVENT?
1) Publicity:
Your sponsorship for Triathlon will allow us to advertise and promote your brand
among the pioneers of the future of Pakistan. Your brand will be available to a larger
audience, and this is likely to provide a good return on investment. Your presence at
this event will undoubtedly position you and your business as an authority in your
industry. Moreover, it will help your brand/company become conspicuous, increasing
recognition considerably. Additionally, in case the event is shifted online, virtualizing
Triathlon means that all forms of publicizing will also be virtualized; therefore, online
platforms of social media and networking websites will be utilized for advertising our
supporting sponsors. Since social media is accessible to everyone, it attracts a wide
audience and plays a pivotal role in advertisement nowadays, providing an interactive
and effective marketing strategy.

1. PLATINUM/TITLE SPONSOR

Brand’s name and logo on prominent positions in all print media advertising (flexes,
leaflets, banners, standees).
Distribution of company’s information/promotional materials (booklets, leaflets, etc.)
at the event (booklets/leaflets to be provided).
5 banners/standees will be displayed at the venue (banners/standees to be provided).
Option to put up two stalls/products at the venue.
Online promotion and publicity on website and social networking websites.
Expression of gratitude for the support by the sponsor, in words onstage at opening
ceremony, closing ceremony, and formal dinner.
Reel promoting their event would get posted on Triathlon 5.0's Official Instagram.
Logos (large) on Management Merchandise.
Promotion via the SMD screens on campus provided by the respective sponsor.

Sponsorship cost for Platinum Sponsorship = PKR. 300,000/-

2. GOLD/MAJOR SPONSOR:
Mileage as Major Sponsor.
Logo on the main stage flex (Medium).
Logo on Triathlon 5.0's Official Invite.
Brand’s name and logo on prominent positions in all print advertising (posters,
leaflets, banners/standees).
Distribution of company’s information/promotional materials (booklets, leaflets,
etc) at the event (booklets/leaflets to be provided).
Option to put up stalls/products at the venue.
3 banners/standees will be displayed in the venue (banners/standees to be
provided).
Logo on Management Merchandise.
Logo added under the sponsor's section on Triathlon 5.0's official website.
Logo posted on our Official Instagram social media account.

Sponsorship cost for Gold Sponsorship = PKR. 200,000/-

 3. SILVER/CO-SPONSOR
Brand’s name and logo on prominent positions in all print advertising (posters,
leaflets, banners/standees, streamers).
Logo on Triathlon 5.0's Official Invite.
4 banners/standees will be displayed in the venue. (banners/standees to be provided)
Option to set up a stall.
Logo posted on our Instagram social media.
Logo added under the sponsor's section on Triathlon 5.0's official website.
Logo (Small) on Management Merchandise.

Sponsorship cost for Silver Sponsorship = PKR. 150,000/-

4. BRONZE
Logo at the footer of print promotions including standees and all long hangings.
Logo on the main stage flex.
Logo on Triathlon 5.0's Official Invite.
2 banners/standees will be displayed in the venue (banners/standee to be
provided).
Logo posted on our Instagram social media.
Logo added under the sponsor's section on Triathlon 5.0's official website.

Sponsorship cost for Bronze Sponsorship = PKR. 100,000/-

5. FOOD SPONSOR
Can set up their stall at the event.
Brand standees can be placed at the venue.
Rent has to be paid to the event organizers.

Any other significant financial and/or non-financial contributions from your

organisation, beyond the sponsorship packages described above, that underline the
value of the sponsorship, will be greatly welcomed. We will do our best to
accommodate your requirements.
Final sponsorship package can be negotiated if desired.
Please note that if the event is postponed to the next academic year, the
remaining amount that has not been used, will be eligible for a refund. However, if
the event is postponed within the same academic year, the amount will not be
eligible for a refund.
