(a) QUALIFICATION FOR THE POSITIONS OF VISITING FACULTY


(EXCLUDING ENGINEERING AND COMPUTING SCIENCES)
First Class M.Phil./MS or equivalent degree awarded after 18-years of education or Master's
degree from a Foreign University in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/
Institute with no 3rd Division in the entire academic career.
Furthermore, the candidate with 2nd division in M.Phil./MS/equivalent degree or Master's
Degree (Foreign) but holding higher degree i.e. Ph.D. could be considered.

(b) QUALIFICATION FOR THE POSITIONS OF VISITING FACULTY FOR


ENGINEERING AND COMPUTING SCIENCES
First Class M.Phil./MS or equivalent degree awarded after 18-years of education or Master's
degree from a Foreign University in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/
Institute with no 3rd Division in the entire academic career.
NOTE: Only those PhD students will be considered for hiring as Visiting
Faculty who have completed their course work and are not receiving
any type of scholarship.

VI. ONE VISITING FACULTY FOR CHINESE LANGUAGE AT UAF COMMUNITY


COLLEGE, PARS, FAISALABAD
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Bachelor's degree or above in International Chinese Language Education, passing HSK
Level 6 (Above 180 points) and HSKK advanced (above 60 points), those who have studied
in China are preferred first.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:


1. The applications are required on Prescribed Form alongwith complete biodata/CV, attested
copies of all required relevant educational documents/certificates, degrees, character
certificates, testimonials, detailed marks certificates, provisional certificates, transcripts,
medals, publications (HEC recognized research papers/Books with ISBN), relevant
teaching/research experience certificates with specific dates (after 18-years schooling),
CNIC & Domicile etc. The applicant will clearly indicate the name of campus of his/her
choice.
2. Degrees only from HEC recognized Universities/Institutions will be considered.
3. The applicant shall pay Rs.1000/-(non-refundable) in Account No.0720930181002449 of
MCB Bank, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad Branch (Code-1688) in favour of the
Treasurer, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad from any MCB Branch of the Country on
the Credit Slip of the said Branch after mentioning the name of the post, Department &
Campus and attach the proof thereof with the application.
4. Persons already employed in any Government or other organizations should submit their
applications through proper channel. Advance copies may, however, be sent to save time.
The requisite No Objection Certificate from present employer must reach in the Office of
the Director-HR (Personnel Section) before or on the last date for receipt of applications or
on the date of interview, failing which such candidates will not be allowed to appear for
interview.

5. The Scrutiny of applicants by the Scrutiny Committee shall be final and only eligible and
shortlisted candidates will be invited for test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
6. This arrangement will be purely on temporary basis only for Winter Semester 2023-24 or
Spring Semester 2023-24 or both semesters upon the demand of the teaching components.

7. The University shall utilize his/her services for teaching/ research/admin. purpose at any
Campus (Main Campus and Sub-Campuses) irrespective of the post/position advertised for
a specific Campus.

8. The University reserves the right;

i. not to fill any position or withhold appointment against any position without
assigning any reason.

ii. to increase or decrease the number of positions as per availability of funds.

9. The University shall not be responsible upon delayed/Non-Receipt of Call Letters due to any
lapse of Courier Agency/ Post Office etc.

10. The Applications of retired persons will not be entertained.

11. Incomplete applications or those received after due date or unsigned shall not be entertained.
The applications should reach in the Office of the Director-HR (Personnel Section),
University of Agriculture, Faisalabad by 31.07.2023 during office hours.
